1. Description of Service
SophieFlow is an artificial intelligence-powered marketing workflow platform. The service provides users with tools including, but not limited to, AI copywriting generation, an AI-powered image studio, a graphic editing canvas, and automated social media scheduling ("The Services").
The Services are provided on a subscription basis (SaaS). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to ensure the optimal performance and security of our platform.
2. AI Generation and Content Ownership
User Inputs: You retain all rights to the original text, prompts, and raw data you input into SophieFlow ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant SophieFlow a temporary license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your requested outputs.
AI Outputs: You own the generated text and images ("Outputs") created by SophieFlow during your active subscription. You are free to use these Outputs for commercial purposes, including social media posting, advertising, and client deliverables.
Disclaimer on AI Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving technology. SophieFlow does not guarantee the factual accuracy, uniqueness, or appropriateness of generated text or images. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all Outputs before publishing them to external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram).
3. Fair Use and AI Credits
SophieFlow operates on a credit-based system for certain AI generations (Text and Image).
- Credit Allocation: Credits are allocated based on your specific subscription tier (e.g., Free, Pro, Agency). Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your plan.
- "Unlimited" Plans: Where a plan is advertised as having "Unlimited" AI generation, this is subject to a Fair Use Policy. SophieFlow monitors usage to prevent automated botting, scraping, or abuse of our API systems. If your usage significantly exceeds the average user volume and impacts server stability, we reserve the right to temporarily throttle your generation speed or require a custom Enterprise contract.
4. Social Media Integrations and API Usage
SophieFlow allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, X, TikTok). By connecting these accounts, you authorize SophieFlow to post content on your behalf.
You agree to comply with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you connect to SophieFlow. SophieFlow is not liable for any account suspensions, bans, or penalties levied against your social media profiles by third-party networks due to the content you generate and schedule through our platform.
5. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to store your payment method and automatically charge it on your renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access to SophieFlow until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with SophieFlow within the first 14 days of your initial paid subscription, you may contact our support team for a full refund. This policy does not apply to subsequent renewals or accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use SophieFlow to:
- Generate content that promotes violence, hate speech, illegal acts, or self-harm.
- Generate deepfakes, misleading political misinformation, or sexually explicit imagery.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models underlying the Services.
- Resell, sublicense, or offer SophieFlow as a "white-label" service without a specific Enterprise partnership agreement.
- Share a single user login across multiple individuals to circumvent per-seat pricing.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
8. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SophieFlow, its founders, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business revenue, or loss of brand reputation arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to SophieFlow for the Services during the term of your active subscription.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
